You must be a registered Democrat to vote in the June 23 primary for Eli

Any registered voter in NYC can vote by mail. You can request your mail-in ballot in person or online:

• Request in-person at the New York County Board of Elections office:

You should receive your mail-in ballots starting week of May 11th.

^ If you will be out of town during June make sure to request your mail-in ballot early and mail it in as soon as possible

If you are a voter with a disability, you can request an accessible ballot here.

You have 4 options to return your mail-in ballot:

1. Mail it using the pre-paid and pre-addressed return envelope
   -Must be postmarked by June 23

   -Must arrive by June 30

2. Drop it off at the New York County Board of Elections office by 9 pm on June 23rd:

   New York, NY 10014

3. Drop it at an early voting site in Manhattan between June 13–21 

4. Drop it at an election day poll site in Manhattan by 9pm on June 23
